Kids in high resolution

This is something I assembled tonight, it's about three minutes long. It's a neat montage of my daughter, Courtney... step son, Danny... dog, Regis... and cat, Kramer. It came out better than I thought it would, for my first project. It's best enjoyed with speakers turned up.

Side note: I know it sucks when friends start pulling out family pictures, so you can skip watching it with no guilt whatsoever.

Lovely Ken Burns effect. The pic of your daughter "singing" with the shovel is so cute!

You have a very pretty daughter. and I like the music that went with it. You'll have to make something like that for her when she get married.

This is a nice video. I'm having trouble lately with YouTube embeds. What are you doing different from me?

actually dave, this is quite beautiful. knowing you, courtney, danny, regis, and kramer makes it even more touching. you have so much to be proud of and made me long for "home." i can't wait to see my daughter this weekend for the first time in six months. my ex-wife called me today and said she'd have some stuff ready for us to grill (and she'll leave) so that my daughter and i can be together without having to go out anywhere, and without the tension of a broken home. i can't wait!!!

That is so beautiful. Gorgeous children. Your daughter is very pretty and your son? Oy, a heartbreaker. Those eyes!

You have a beautiful family, Dave.

Even your pets are beautiful.

Dave that was freaking awesome. God, I only wish my father could express his love for me like you have with Courtney. She's a VERY lucky girl to have you as her father. I enjoyed all of it. From the photos, to the funny moment of the close up on your sheltie's eyes, to the Forrest Gump tribute music to the lovely message in the end. In fact, you make me want to call my dad and tell him that I love him.

I'm sure having a beautiful daughter like that is the source of endless sleepless nights. I often say that if I am blessed with a cute daughter, I may pack up the family and move to Dubai: "OK, honey. Put on the burka. You can come out from under there when you're 27."

Also, this was a perfect opportunity for a professionally voiced family video and you passed it up. I'm sure you have the gear so that your voice won't come out all tinny and over-modulated like mine in my videos. Come on, you know you want to...

Jesus Dave.

~sigh~

You can tell a proud daddy made that one.

Break my fuckin' heart, why don't you?! ;)
