Poetic Sunday Night

On the road to nowhere
And everywhere,
One must eventually
Make a turn.
And though it wasn't
In the plan,
Still good things can come
From a simple
Fork in the road.

But it is better to find chopsticks in the road, because then you know a Chinese joint is nearby, and you can get eggroll for breakfast.

You know, I have a thing about roads to nowhere and paths to unseen destinations. In my living room, I have prints, paintings and photos of such paths and roads.
Said all that to say this little poem goes quite nicely with my entire living room ... perhaps I need to print it out and find a spot for it.

Thanks Dave, this was really very cool.

That makes me want to listen to Ozzy Osbourne... his road to nowhere led to him though. At least you're more optimistic. :)

It's like a fortune cookie:

Very good. I agree with Weary Hag, .. this would go well with a B&W print of a fork in the road. I love pics of lone trees. Got any for that?
