Excuse me, but I think you've got my chair...

Over at the Castle of Nannbugg, the subject of office chairs came up today. I'm not sure why, but it fascinated me.

The place your butt spends most of its time needs to be comfortable... and friendly. (for some, it needs to be gas resistant as well) For most people, bed is second only to your office chair for amount of time spent hosting your ass. Some people use their office chairs for recreational sexual activities as well. (NOT by me, of course. *wink* *nudge*)

Anyway, I thought I'd post a picture of where I sit all day. It's in an office in the downstairs part of my house (I work from home) and it's very comfortable. It's a leather chair from Sam's Club, it's height-adjustable and it leans back... sometimes even when I don't want it to.

If you find the subject of office chairs as fascinating as I do, feel free to post a picture of your office environs/chair on your blog. Leave a link to it in the comments section, along with a job description if you feel like sharing that much info.

Yes, your chair looks pretty comfy too! Nice!
However, too much inter...personal relations in office chairs can cause them to break, or at least lean backwards on its own free will. Not that I really know anything about that Dave! *wink wink*

Looks like the chair we bought our PM - he's a BIG guy (not fat, just very tall, and solid)- sat in it - and it well, collapsed - something wasn't put together correctly, to say he was embarrassed would be an understatement.

Your chair looks comfy!

I have a a vinyl "massage"/office chair I bought for $70 from Staples that I use in my home office space. It does not suck.

At school I end up using one of the kids' stupid chairs because my comfy, rolly teacher's chair has yet to be delivered.

Did you know some people have these little stools with no back on them? I need a back for my back. Looks like you do, too. It also works well when she presses on you real hard.

Looks real comfy Dave! I know what you mean spending more time in my chair than bed even with the sexaul activites we put a hole in the seat by doing that and it squeaks, pops, and leans to the side and back a little but it still strains to hold us up we would rather do it in the chair as in bed it is so comfy to do it in even though it is probably thinking what did I do to you besides hold yall up! I bought my chair 9 years ago at K-Mart and we did it in it every since the first night we had the chair poor thing didn't have a chance and is wondering why it has to be it! We sure love it and even though we put a hole in the seat and that it pops and squeaks and leans from the firts night we had it we still love it! One of these days we will retire it and torcher another one!
